Oracle Technologist and Options trader

I've been a technical manager and/or consultant for the last 15 years or so, and was involved primarily in software development for half a dozen years before that. Currently, I'm the Director of Database Engineering for a "software as a service" (SaaS) organization, and also occasionally spend some time trading various futures, options, and currency markets. At the moment I live in Sarasota, Florida, and when I'm not in my office you'll probably find me out putting in some miles on one of my mountain bikes.
