Here's some chow I whipped up the other day for brunch. Total prep time: 3 or 4 minutes. Sliced peaches, 2 fried eggs, sliced avocado, and some smoked salmon I got from Sam's Club. Obviously pretty economical as well.
The part of the meal that took the longest was drinking the 4 beers I had with it.
Just kidding.

Looks yummy! Makes me want to go buy smoked salmon. I keep seeing it in the EFers' breakfast pics lately.

@Marc: been on a peach kick lately.
@Yummy: It was perfect. I know it's good when I feel energized after eating, as opposed to a bit groggy. Smoked salmon is very versatile -- good to keep around.
